ATMS Google Search Console Integration
This notice explains how AusNavTech ATMS uses Google Search Console data for private search-performance reporting and SEO analysis.
Effective date: 5 October 2026
What this integration does
AusNavTech ATMS connects to Google Search Console so authorised AusNavTech administrators can review the search performance of verified AusNavTech web properties, retain historical reporting data, compare performance over time and identify evidence-based SEO opportunities.
Google data accessed
The integration requests the Google Search Console read-only permission. It may access Search Console property information and search-performance data such as queries, landing pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average search position.
It does not request permission to modify Search Console data and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or other unrelated Google services.
How Google data is used
Search Console data is used only for AusNavTech's internal website performance reporting, historical comparisons, trend and movement analysis, and recommendations about pages or search queries that may need attention.
Storage and security
Google OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in private ATMS server storage and are not committed to the public website or source-code repository. Imported Search Console metrics are stored in the ATMS database so historical comparisons remain available as Google's reporting window changes.
The Search Console integration is separate from customer order, payment and device-installation records and is not designed to collect customer Google Account data.
Sharing and advertising
AusNavTech does not sell Google Search Console data and does not use it for advertising. Access is limited to authorised AusNavTech administration and the service infrastructure needed to operate ATMS.
AusNavTech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and your control
Disconnecting Google Search Console from ATMS stops future API access. Historical Search Console metrics already imported into ATMS may be retained for long-term trend reporting unless they are removed by an authorised administrator.
Google OAuth access can also be revoked from the connected Google Account's security and third-party access settings.
